Orbite
Sangiovese Riserva
Orbite is a direct interpretation of Sangiovese Riserva, conceived to speak to generations in search of depth and authenticity. It comes from the same vineyards, and the same multi-pass hand selection, as Vigna delle Lepri, one of Fattoria Paradiso's flagship labels. The difference also takes shape in the cellar, during aging: from 500-liter French tonneaux and 2,700-liter casks, the finest expressions are selected for Orbite, those showing the greatest harmony between elegance, aromatic finesse and a structure built for aging.
- At the table
- Roast pigeon with chicken livers and juniper
- Tagliatelle with wild boar ragù
- Mora Romagnola pork fillet in an herb crust
Fine tannins and woodland herbs accompany dark meats without overpowering them.
- The cru
- Vigna Lepri — Planted in 1963 with Sangiovese Grosso, thanks to the friendship with Franco Biondi Santi; its vines are over sixty years old. From here, in 1970, came the first Sangiovese Riserva produced in Romagna. The soil is red clay.
