Over the years we have studied the influence that altitude and different soils have on fruit quality. Each micro-territory offers the ideal climate for grape ripening. Each of the family's vineyards is divided into parcels based on soil composition. These plots are individually cultivated, with the aim of encouraging their most authentic fruit expression.
