What data we process. This site has no contact, registration or online-sales forms. We process the data you send us when you write by email or WhatsApp or call us (for example your name, contact details, the date and number of people for a visit or tasting, and the content of your message), statistics data from Google Analytics 4 (only with your consent, see below) and the technical browsing data logged by the server hosting the site (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser).

Purposes and legal bases. Replying to your requests and arranging visits, tastings and events: pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Complying with legal obligations, such as tax rules: Art. 6(1)(c). Keeping the site secure and working through server logs: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). The site does not use data for profiling or automated decision-making.

Allergies and intolerances. If you tell us about them for a tasting, they are health data: we use them only to prepare your experience, based on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), and we do not keep them after the visit.

Third-party services. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta), which processes it under its own privacy policy. The map buttons open Google Maps, Apple Maps or OpenStreetMap, and the social links open Facebook, Instagram and X: these are plain links, and nothing from these services loads on the site before you click. The site is hosted by Gandi SAS, with servers in France (EU), which processes the technical logs as a data processor.

Statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept it in the cookie banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC) for aggregate visit statistics, with IP anonymisation and no advertising purposes. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie preferences”. Transfers to the US rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Recipients and transfers. Your data is not disclosed publicly. It may be accessed by authorised staff, the hosting provider and, where needed, our tax and legal advisers. If you book through the Winedering or Winetourism.com platforms, they process your booking data as data processors. For services based outside the EU (e.g. WhatsApp/Meta), transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by Meta (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR).

Retention. Correspondence and requests: 24 months. Records relating to invoices and sales: 10 years. Server logs: up to 12 months, unless needed for security investigations.

Your rights. You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw your consent at any time (Arts. 15–22 GDPR) by writing to info [at] fattoriaparadiso.com or to the PEC address fattoriaparadiso [at] pec.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
